iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • View generated HTML artifacts inside conversations, expand them, and save copies to Spheres.
  • Find ToDos, FYIs, and Fun in one Feed, with a Done list and controls to reopen or remove ToDos.
  • Choose Queue or Steer when sending a message during an active run.

  • Find Spheres faster with a searchable switcher, Recent threads, and clearer Threads and Channels sections.
  • See the current conversation audience and keep your draft when a shared conversation fails to start.
  • Follow steadier run timelines that emphasize meaningful work and collapse completed progress in place.
  • Personalize Spheres with colors and animated backgrounds.

Shared Spheres

  • Open shared thread starts immediately while sharing finishes in the background.
  • Start contextual direct messages with Sphere members, including when your Sphere access is read-only.
  • Share Sphere artifacts created on this device and see explanations when an artifact cannot be shared.
  • Discover shared Spheres more reliably on additional computers, with improved invitation and rejoining recovery.
  • Keep a read-only Sphere copy after removal, with earlier messages and member names preserved.

Reliability

  • See clearer sync and delivery failures, with recovery options for paused sharing.
  • Benefit from lower memory use during background sync and protection against Sphere sync memory failures crashing the app.
  • Recover interrupted update downloads and retry failed installations more reliably.
  • Run workflows on demand, review their run history, and retain their scheduled time of day.
