iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Open shared Sphere threads immediately while sharing completes in the background.
  • Manage ToDos, FYIs, and Fun in one Feed, with a Done list and controls to reopen or remove ToDos.
  • View interactive HTML artifacts inside conversations and save copies to Spheres.

Desktop

  • Find Spheres with a searchable switcher and navigate shared Threads and Channels from the sidebar.
  • Choose Queue or Steer when sending during an active run, and restore queued messages to their thread's draft for editing.
  • See clearer conversation audiences, with drafts preserved when a shared conversation fails to start.
  • Personalize Sphere colors and animated backgrounds, and preview Brain images and local videos.

Shared Spheres

  • Start contextual direct messages with other members, including when your Sphere role is read-only.
  • Access shared Spheres more reliably across your computers, with improved invitation recovery and rejoining.
  • Keep earlier messages and member names visible after membership changes.
  • Leave shared Spheres from desktop and see clearer explanations when sharing pauses or access changes.

Reliability

  • Follow a steadier run timeline that keeps meaningful work visible and folds routine activity into Thinking.
  • Review workflow run history and run scheduled workflows on demand while preserving their scheduled time.
  • Benefit from lower memory use during background sync and better recovery from stalled sharing.
  • Retry interrupted update downloads and recover failed installations more reliably.
