iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Find ToDos, FYIs, and Fun in one Feed, with a Done list and controls to reopen or remove ToDos.
  • View interactive HTML artifacts inside conversations and save copies to a Sphere.
  • Choose Queue or Steer when sending during a run, and edit queued messages in their original thread.

Desktop

  • Find Spheres faster with a searchable switcher and Recent threads.
  • Personalize Spheres with colors and animated backgrounds.
  • Follow meaningful run steps in a steadier timeline, with background details folded into Thinking.
  • Place attachments inline with your message and preview Brain images and local videos.

Shared Spheres

  • Browse Threads and Channels together, with a General channel for shared conversations.
  • Start contextual one-to-one direct messages with Sphere members, including as a read-only member.
  • See shared Sphere invitations, choose whether to include conversation history when sharing, and leave shared Spheres.
  • Access shared Spheres across your own computers with improved device access recovery.

Reliability

  • Reduce memory use and improve responsiveness during saves, idle sync, and shared conversation streaming.
  • See clearer delivery failures, paused sharing status, and recovery actions.
  • Keep the app running when a Sphere sync worker reaches its memory limit.
  • Review workflow run history and run scheduled workflows on demand while preserving their scheduled time.

Updating

  • See update availability in the desktop sidebar, with improved retry recovery after failed installs.
  • Packaged builds update from the configured beta channel.
  • Download the latest macOS installer
