iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Find ToDos, FYIs, and Fun in one Feed, with a Done list and controls to reopen or remove ToDos.
  • View interactive HTML artifacts directly in conversations, expand them, and save copies to a Sphere.
  • Follow clearer run progress with meaningful steps that fold in place when work finishes.

Desktop

  • Find Spheres faster with searchable flat pickers and Recent threads.
  • Personalize Spheres with colors and animated backgrounds, and adjust the desktop palette.
  • Place attachments inline with your message and preview Brain images and supported local videos.
  • Review workflow run history and run scheduled workflows on demand while preserving their scheduled time.

Sphere Collaboration

  • See invitations, distinguish pending invitees from joined members, and start contextual direct messages with Sphere members.
  • Choose whether to create a Sphere agent and include conversation history when sharing.
  • Open shared Spheres across the owner's computers with improved access recovery.
  • See clearer conversation audiences, sharing status, and recovery options when sync pauses.

Reliability

  • Reduce memory use during background sync and saves; a Sphere sync worker running out of memory no longer crashes the app.
  • Recover shared conversations and queued messages more reliably, with clearer delivery failures.
  • Keep newer conversations and drafts intact during sync, navigation, and account changes.
  • See available desktop updates and retry failed installations more reliably across relaunches.
