iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • View and expand interactive HTML artifacts in conversations, with the latest revision shown automatically.
  • Save artifact app data with encryption and Sphere sync.
  • Run scheduled workflows on demand without changing their scheduled time, and see results in Feed.

Desktop

  • Find Spheres with a searchable switcher, a pinned Create Sphere action, and Recent and No Sphere thread sections.
  • Place attachments inline with your message and remove them by deleting their tokens.
  • See the full active progress trail and clearer agent work scope while responses run.
  • Manage Sphere settings inline and browse integrations by service.

Sharing and Sync

  • Share child Spheres in place while preserving their position in your hierarchy.
  • See clearer distinctions between Sphere sharing, conversation audiences, and paused sharing, with recovery actions.
  • Keep collaboration display names consistent across devices while preserving private naming preferences.
  • Recover owner device trust through an approval flow with clearer failure and recovery feedback.

Reliability

  • Reduce idle memory use and fix an out-of-memory crash loop.
  • Keep queued messages, delivery failures, and completed responses more consistent through reconnects and sync.
  • Recover more reliably from interrupted updates and relaunches.
  • Receive a failure reply when a Theo Slack mention cannot be completed.
