iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • View HTML artifacts directly in conversations, expand them, and save copies to a Sphere.
  • Keep artifact app data encrypted and synced with its Sphere.
  • Share child Spheres in place while preserving their position under the parent.

Desktop

  • Find Spheres with a searchable sidebar switcher and a pinned Create Sphere action.
  • Place attachments inline with your message and remove them by deleting their tokens.
  • See clearer sharing and conversation audience labels, with recovery options when sharing is paused.
  • Read the full active progress trail and use clearer menus and notifications.

Companion Sync

  • Queued prompts, cancellations, and delivery outcomes recover more reliably across reconnects.
  • Companion requests to steer active work require confirmation and stay tied to the intended turn.
  • Failed manual sync attempts now report errors.

Reliability

  • Approve owner device trust in Settings, with clearer recovery and refresh errors.
  • Collaboration display names sync more consistently while keeping private names out of shared profiles.
  • Conversation drafts, message history, and private backups are better preserved during sync conflicts and recovery.
  • Update retries recover more reliably after relaunch.
