iPhone and iPad through TestFlight
- ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
- Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
- New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
- TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
- Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.
Highlights
- View and expand HTML artifacts directly in conversations, see the latest revision, and save copies to a Sphere.
- Artifact app data is encrypted, syncs with its Sphere, and updates immediately on desktop.
- Find and switch Spheres through a searchable sidebar picker.
Desktop
- Edit Sphere settings inline, with sharing actions separated from sync controls.
- Browse clearer notifications in a popover that stays open while scrolling.
- Follow the complete active progress trail, with tool activity and recorded durations visible in conversations.
- Menus and popovers stay within the window, and conversation spacing is more compact.
Companion Sync
- Queued prompts, cancellations, and delivery outcomes recover more reliably across reconnects.
- Companion instructions stay attached to the intended active conversation turn.
- Failed manual syncs and remote deliveries retain clearer failure status.
Reliability
- Shared conversations reopen more reliably, and startup navigation waits for account data to be ready.
- Conversation drafts stay with their session, and older sync snapshots no longer replace newer state.
- Agent work scope is visible, and recalled context stays within authorized Sphere boundaries.
- Background sync does less repeated work, and Slack and Telegram recovery handles interruptions more reliably.
Updating
- Packaged builds update from the configured beta channel.
