iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Orbit Overview now organizes threads in a nested, collapsible outline, with clearer empty states and a persistent No Sphere section.
  • Customize which controls appear in the composer while keeping selectors aligned and easy to scan.
  • ThinkOS now uses the new brainfist app icon across the macOS desktop experience.

Desktop

  • Orbit navigation gains a Marketplace entry, restored ToDos naming, clearer tooltips, and more consistent hover behavior and control styling.
  • Sidebar and thread-list scrolling has been refined so navigation stays cohesive and actions remain out of the way until needed.

Companion Sync

  • Sphere updates arrive in real time without blocking the desktop, with improved recovery when syncing is interrupted.
  • Creating Spheres, composing messages, and following remote runs remain responsive while background updates are active.
